Essential Energies

    1. Essences/Elixirs will be shipped within 48 hours of payement.

2. All customs, taxes and duty costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Broken/ damaged goods will genarally be replaced at no charge as long as a photo of damages is sent by email within 48h of receipt of goods.

note; breakages are extremely rare, at less than 0.1%

4. All orders placed during holiday period, between January 17th November - 22 December 2015, will not be sent out until 3rd January 2016.

5. Choose crefully, as no refunds will be made to customers who change their mind.

6. Please allow up to 1 week for delivery within Australia / New Zealand and 2-3 weeks max for all other countries.
